We require a 50% deposit to order all materials needed and to get your project on our crew’s schedule. The lead times are generally between 4 and 6 weeks. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job.

Once you’ve contacted ELM, a representative will visit with you to determine what your needs are. If a landscape design is needed to implement your visions, then we will start a design process. This includes a general site analysis and site measurements after initial consultation.
This depends upon the needs of the client. If it is determined that a landscape design is vital to the success of the project, then a fee will be determined based upon the scope of the job. Any design fees incurred will be reduced from the total project cost with an ELM installation.
